Parker-Hannifin acquires CIRCOR’s Commercial and Defense Aerospace business

Jones Day is advising Parker-Hannifin Corporation (NYSE: PH), the global leader in motion and control technologies, in its $2.55 billion acquisition of the Commercial and Defense Aerospace business of CIRCOR International, Inc. CIRCOR Aerospace designs, manufactures and supports highly engineered and proprietary mission-critical flow control and motion control products for commercial aircraft and defense applications, with production locations in North America, France and Morocco.

Closing is subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of applicable regulatory approvals, and the transaction is expected to close in the second half of calendar year 2026.
