Will Land, an associate in Jones Day's London Office, practices planning and environmental law and also counsels clients on ESG matters, with a particular focus on the real estate and infrastructure sectors.

He has advised on many complex development projects and acquisitions covering a variety of sectors, including build-to-rent, student accommodation, and logistics, and has extensive experience advising on the planning and environmental aspects of real estate transactions, financings, and M&A deals. He regularly drafts and negotiates agreements involving planning and highways and advises on district energy networks. 

In addition to his non-contentious practice, Will is experienced in pursuing and defending judicial review claims and acting on behalf of clients at planning appeals and public inquiries.
