Ryan Class leverages his prior experience in the financial industry to advise and represent financial institutions in litigation matters, focusing primarily on disputes relating to structured financial products. Ryan also advises financial institutions on regulatory and other developments with potential business impact.
Before joining Jones Day in 2021, Ryan was an associate at a national law firm in Hartford, Connecticut. In this role, he was closely involved in key aspects of the litigation process, including factual investigation, drafting and responding to discovery requests, and drafting pleadings and dispositive motions. Prior to attending law school, Ryan worked as a financial analyst for a large regional automotive lender.
