Payward acquires Bitnomial

Client(s) Payward, Inc.

Jones Day is advising Payward, Inc. in its acquisition of Bitnomial, the first fully CFTC-licensed derivatives company in the United States built for digital assets, for up to $550 million payable in cash and stock.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the first half of 2026. Required CFTC notices will be filed in connection with the closing.
