Luke Gueli practices corporate law with a focus on public and private M&A. He advises companies on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and reorganizations and also provides general advice on company and commercial matters. He has experience across a range of industries including retail, oil and gas, renewable energy, industrials, indirect real estate, and technology.

The clients Luke has advised include ENI, American Industrial Partners, Greystar, Macquarie Asset Management, Goldman Sachs, Solvay SA, and FLEETCOR.

Select experience includes advising ENI on its acquisition, including operatorship, in the Indonesia Deepwater Development (IDD) project; FLEETCOR's acquisition of Global Reach Group; Sun Communities on its acquisition of Park Holidays UK for $1.3 billion; Ansys on its acquisition of Motor Design Ltd.; Axion Biosystems on its acquisition of M-SOLV Manufacturing Limited; and Goldman Sachs on its acquisition of The Belfry Hotel & Resort.
