Jones Day advised AURELIUS Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA on the full shop auction sale of the Solidus Solutions group to funds advised by Centerbridge Partners, L.P. The sale price (enterprise value) at closing was approximately €330 million (US$375.6 million).
