最近の主な案件としては、ENEOS株式会社によるグリーンメタノール・プロジェクト開発会社C2X LTDへの投資案件、サンケン電気株式会社によるAllegro MicroSystems, Inc.の普通株式8億9,790万米ドル相当の売却案件、スウェーデンの業務用機器メーカーであるElectrolux Professional Groupによる株式会社TOSEIの約232億5,000万円の買収案件、およびオムロン株式会社によるオムロン直方の80%持分を台湾のアドバンテック社へ売却する案件などを手がけています。

森は、日本弁護士連合会、第一東京弁護士会、経営法曹会議、全国倒産処理弁護士ネットワークの会員です。また、2015年からは東京オフィスのアドミニストラティブパートナーも務めています。
