Sempra Energy sells subsidiary to ArcLight Capital Partners

Jones Day advised Sempra Energy in the sale of a Sempra subsidiary to ArcLight Capital Partners for $328 million in cash, subject to adjustments for working capital. The sale includes Sempra’s Mississippi Hub natural gas storage business in Simpson County, Mississippi and Bay Gas natural gas storage business in Southwest Alabama.
