Luke Gueli practices corporate law with a focus on public and private M&A. He advises companies on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and reorganizations and also provides general advice on company and commercial matters. He has experience across a range of industries including retail, oil and gas, renewable energy, industrials, indirect real estate, and technology.
