Zoran acquires Microtune for $166 million

Client(s) Zoran Corporation

Jones Day advised Zoran Corporation in its $166 million acquisition of Microtune, Inc. Under the agreement, Zoran will pay $2.92 in cash for each share of Microtune's common stock. In addition to M&A representation, Jones Day provided intellectual property, employee benefits, labor and employment, antitrust, and securities litigation advice.
