Tim Curry has represented emerging growth and public technology companies in public offerings, venture capital (VC) financings, and M&A transactions for more than 25 years. He also represents leading VC firms in growth equity financings, as well as investment banks in public equity and debt offerings. Tim regularly advises boards of directors and executive teams in complex corporate governance and public reporting matters.
Tim represents a broad range of technology companies at all growth stages. He represents Asurint, a leading cloud-based human resources solution; Cylance, a leading provider of end-point cyber security solutions; Five9 (NASDAQ), a leading provider of cloud-based contact center solutions; Minted, a crowd-sourced design company; Next Insurance, a venture-backed online insurance agent for small businesses; Oclaro (NASDAQ), a leading provider of optical components; and YETI, the leading cooler, drinkware, and outdoor accessory company. Tim also represents venture capital funds, strategic investors, and investment banks, including Adams Street Partners, Artiman Ventures, Canaccord Genuity, Cortec Group, KKR, and Nokia Growth Partners.
Tim has spoken at business and legal conferences on IPOs, venture capital, start-up companies, and corporate governance. He has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal and other publications regarding IPOs and Silicon Valley.
