ENI acquires OIL!'s fuel service stations in Europe from Prax

Client(s) ENI S.p.A.

Jones Day is advising ENI S.p.A. in the acquisition by its subsidiary Enilive Deutschland GmbH of 100% of OIL! Tankstellen GmbH ("OIL!") from Prax Limited. OIL! operates in the mobility retail business around 320 petrol and service stations in Germany, Denmark, Austria, and Switzerland.

Closing of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals by the relevant authorities.
