Blackstone Group acquires Clover portfolio from Real I.S. AG

Client(s) Blackstone Group, The

Jones Day represented real estate funds managed by The Blackstone Group in connection with their acquisition of the pan-European, multi-sector Clover portfolio from Real I.S. AG, the real estate fund and asset manager of Landesbank BayernLB.

The portfolio comprises a total of twelve properties with approximately 168,700 square meters (approximately 1.8 million square feet) of office, retail, and logistics space and has a geographical reach covering Germany, France, UK, and the Netherlands. Well-known anchor tenants in the portfolio's properties include REWE, Netto, Hermes, Dachser, Rhenus as well as public-sector authorities.
