Jones Day is advising GOJO Industries, the maker of the iconic PURELL® brand, in its $2.25 billion sale to The Clorox Company.

Closing is subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of applicable regulatory approvals, and the transaction is expected to close before the end of Clorox’s Fiscal Year 2026.
