Jones Day represented Hart Medical Equipment, a DME Provider owned by two large health systems in Michigan and a hospital group in Ohio, in the formation of a joint venture with Quipt, a publicly-traded DME Provider. The transaction included a simultaneous buy-out of a minority owner, the negotiation of the entity's operating agreement, the formation of a new holding company structure, and the restructuring of the entity's debt arrangements.
