Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing of a majority stake in Abracon, a Texas-based global provider of passive and electromechanical timing, synchronization, power, connectivity and radio frequency (RF) solutions from Evergreen Pacific Partners. The financing consisted of a term loan and revolving facility.
