Jones Day advised International Automotive Components Group, one of the world's leading suppliers of automotive components and systems, on the restructuring of its global operations. The deal involved the reorganization of the European, North American, and Japanese businesses. The European reorganization involved the combination of subsidiaries valued at approximately EUR 150,000,000 in eleven European jurisdictions.
In addition to M&A and business reorganization and restructuring representation, Jones Day provided advice in relation to tax, antitrust and competition law, labor and employment, employee benefits and executive compensation, and intellectual property.
