Jones Day advised Complete Entertainment Resources Limited (dba "CrowdSurge") in its merger-of-equals business combination with Songkick.com, Inc. The combined business will be known as "Songkick" going forward. The historic business of CrowdSurge is direct artist-to-fan ticketing for the music industry. Songkick maintains a mobile application used by millions of people to keep informed about concert performances by their favorite artists. The combination brings these two complimentary services together.
