Gülermak Renewables acquires three solar energy development projects in Germany

Client(s) Gülermak Renewables Ltd.

Jones Day advised Gülermak Renewables in its acquisition of a portfolio of three solar energy development projects in Germany from Orrön Energy, with a combined estimated installed capacity of 234 MW. The projects are located in eastern Germany and are being developed as Agri-PV schemes with co-located battery options, allowing agricultural activity to continue alongside solar power generation.
