ジョーンズ・デイ入所以前は、1995年より米国を拠点とする国際的な法律事務所において、数多くのファイナンスやM&A取引並びに海外現地訴訟及び海外当局による調査案件等にも従事していました。日米の弁護士資格に加え、米国公認会計士資格を有しています。
