Client(s) Ad Hoc Committee of the Subordinated Bondholders of Wind Hellas Telecommunications

Jones Day advised the Ad Hoc Committee of Subordinated Noteholders in the €3 billion (US$3.8 billion) debt reorganization of Hellas II and its bid for the assets of Wind Hellas Telecommunications. Jones Day acted as international counsel, providing refinancing, insolvency and regulatory advice, negotiating with the company and other creditor committees and ultimately presenting a bid for the operating company in the group.
