Jones Day advised LIXIL Corporation, a leading Japanese manufacturer of building materials and housing equipment, in its acquisition of ASD Americas Holding Corp. from Sun Capital Partners for $542 million. ASD Americas is the owner of American Standard Brands, a leading North American manufacturer of high quality building products, including fixtures, faucets, fittings, and wellness products for the bathroom and kitchen as well as decorative panels.

In addition to M&A representation, Jones Day provided business restructuring, environmental, labor, real estate, antitrust, and regulatory advice regarding this transaction.
