OGE Energy subsidiary, Enogex, acquires pipeline assets of Wildhorse and Roger Mills gas gathering systems for $200 million

Jones Day advised Enogex LLC, a natural gas pipeline company and subsidiary of OGE Energy Corp., in connection with its $200 million acquisition of the Wildhorse and Roger Mills gas gathering systems located in western Oklahoma. Enogex bought the systems from Cordillera Energy Partners III, LLC, Oxbow Midstream, LLC, and West Canadian Midstream, LLC.

In addition to M&A representation, Jones Day provided antitrust, private equity, energy, tax, and environmental advice regarding this transaction.
