Clients TSRC Corporation
Jones Day advised TSRC Corporation in its acquisition of Dexco Polymers from The Dow Chemical Company, ExxonMobil Chemical Company, a division of Exxon Mobil Corporation, and certain of their respective affiliates for US$168 million. Dexco Polymers is a manufacturer of styrenic block copolymers (SBCs) selling mainly into the US and Europe. In addition to M&A representation, Jones Day provided TSRC advice in a number of substantive areas in connection with the transaction, including intellectual property, tax, environmental, labor and employment, employee benefits, and antitrust matters.
