Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing, with co-investor Investcorp, of Ratioparts, an add-on to the Arrowhead Engineered Products (Arrowhead) platform. Ratioparts is a leading European distributor of aftermarket replacement parts for outdoor power equipment and forestry applications.
