Jason Grove acts as the lead lawyer for private equity funds during the full life cycle of their portfolio company investments, from acquisition through disposition. In addition to representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies, Jason advises other privately held companies, including founder-owned businesses, in connection with their transformative transactions. Jason has extensive experience in a wide variety of industries, jurisdictions, and deal structures, including leveraged buyouts, global transactions, sales, equity recapitalizations, and other equity financings.

The clients Jason has recently represented include Arrowhead Engineered Products, Centre Lane Partners, Compass Partners, Demers Braun Crestline, FVLCRUM, Irving Place Capital, MPE Partners, and The Riverside Company. He also serves in a general counsel function for numerous private companies, including portfolio companies of private equity funds.

Jason is a member of the Firm's Corporate Training Committee and has served as a mentor in the Lawyer to Lawyer Mentoring Program through the Supreme Court of Ohio.
