Jason Grove has been the lead lawyer on numerous transactions for privately held companies, with a focus on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies. He has substantial experience with a variety of deal structures, including leveraged buyout transactions, global transactions, mergers and acquisitions, sale transactions, equity financings, and general corporate counseling for clients in a wide range of industries. He is also a member of the Firm's Private Equity Training Committee.
