Riverside acquires ARCOS

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing of ARCOS LLC (f/k/a ARCOS, Inc.), a provider of SaaS products that automatically call and assemble crews to restore power, handle emergent work in power plants, and fix gas and water leaks. The financing consisted of a senior secured term and revolving credit facility, and a subordinated unsecured term loan facility.
