Jones Day advised a fund managed by Cloud Capital, a leading global, specialized data center investment management firm, as borrower, in connection with a secured NAV loan facility with total commitments of up to $100 million to support investments in its U.S. data center assets portfolio. The NAV loan facility is secured by ownership interests in, and cash distributions from, the fund’s U.S. data center investment portfolio.
