何宗琳在跨境争议解决和政府调查事项方面具有超过十年的丰富经验，主要从事包括美国在内的跨境诉讼、仲裁与调解、美国证券管理委员会的执法、美国贸易管制、美国《反海外腐败法》调查及英国《反贿赂法》、反洗钱及数据保护法律合规等业务。
