Lillian also has extensive experience advising multinational companies on data privacy, cybersecurity, and data breach incident response matters. Lillian advises clients in a wide range of industries with a particular focus on the life sciences and technology sectors.
Lillian has led investigations involving a wide range of legal issues, including corruption, sanctions, financial fraud, money laundering, foreign exchange control violations, trade secret theft, data breaches, cybercrime, and environmental crimes. She recently assisted several multinational corporations with significant operations in China and the Asia region in handling criminal investigations, addressing complex issues such as exit bans and dawn raids.
Lillian also represents multinational clients in complex cross-border commercial disputes, including disputes related to joint venture collaborations and cross-border transactions. In addition, she represents Chinese clients in cross-border litigation, arbitration, and investigations across various jurisdictions.
