Becky Kcehowski litigates complex commercial matters in state and federal courts, as well as U.S. and international arbitral tribunals. She has substantial experience as trial counsel in class actions, multidistrict litigation, and cross-jurisdiction coordinated proceedings. Becky has successfully defended consumer, antitrust, mass tort, and economic fraud class actions, including class actions alleging violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Sherman Act, state and federal securities laws and consumer statutes, as well as common law products liability, toxic exposure, and breach of contract claims.

Other significant litigation experience includes Lanham Act, RICO, sales agent, and commercial bribery claims. She has represented clients in the financial, energy, power generation, manufacturing, technology, and health care sectors.

In addition, with recent high-profile victories in federal and international disputes involving novel issues of insurance law and client recoveries exceeding $165 million, Becky has developed a national reputation as an insurance recovery litigator and counselor. She has represented clients in all phases of insurance recovery, negotiating for coverage, drafting policy and transaction language, and seeking coverage in lawsuits and arbitrations.

Becky coordinates the Pro Se Pro Bono ADR program for the Western District of Pennsylvania, matching pro se litigants with counsel for ADR purposes, and has been honored by the court for her service. She is active in the community, serving on boards of directors for Junior Achievement of Western Pennsylvania and the Hazelwood YMCA.

Becky is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations and has served on the ACBA's Federal Courts Section Council.
