Crosstree acquires portfolio of 11 multi-let industrial assets located across the UK

Jones Day advised Crosstree Real Estate Partners in the acquisition of a portfolio of 11 multi-let industrial assets located across the UK from BlackRock (on behalf of British Airways Pension Fund) for c.£400 million. In connection with the acquisition, Jones Day advised Crosstree in connection with its go-forward joint venture and co-investment arrangements (in respect of which this portfolio will comprise the seed assets), and the associated management arrangements with Canmoor and BlackRock. Jones Day also advised Crosstree in connection with the financing of the transaction with HSBC.
