DOJ Resumes FCPA Enforcement with New Guidelines (Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance)

In response to an Executive Order pausing FCPA enforcement, the DOJ issued new guidelines prioritizing the enforcement of serious individual misconduct harmful to U.S. economic and national security interests, with a renewed focus on individual accountability and cooperation with foreign authorities.
