Jones Day is advising Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (Koch) on its agreement to invest in Jorf Fertilizers Company I (JFC I) in a transaction with OCP Nutricrops S.A. (OCP). The transaction will establish a 50/50 operating joint venture upon closing.
