Jones Day is advising Exail Technologies SA, a high-technology industrial group specialized in autonomous robotics, navigation, aerospace and photonics, in the contemplated sale by the Gorgé family of their 35.51% stake in Exail Technologies (Euronext Paris: EXA) to Thales (Euronext Paris: HO) for a price of €134.00 per share with a contemplated mandatory tender offer to be launched by Thales (enterprise value of €3.9 billion).
