Florent Bouyer has significant experience in capital markets, public M&A, and complex corporate and securities law matters. He advises on a wide array of capital markets transactions, including tender offers, equity offerings, equity-linked and debt offerings, IPOs, public and private placements, block trades, dual listings, and delistings. Florent also handles all corporate law questions and regulatory issues relating to AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) and corporate governance.

Florent's experience includes representations of issuers or financial institutions in transactions involving Bombardier, Safran, Société Générale, Wabtec, Atmel, P&G, and Stallergenes (public M&A); Ingenico, CGG, Neopost, and Assystem (convertible bonds); Tikehau Capital, Voltalia, Selectirente, Genfit, and SOITEC (rights offerings); and Nacon, BoostHeat, Genfit, Tikehau Capital, NextStage, BioAmber, Criteo, MedTech, and Supersonic Imagine (IPOs).
