Jones Day represented Waga Energy S.A. (an RNG producer – Euronext Paris: WAGA) in connection with the acquisition by EQT (a global investment organization), through its EQT Transition Infrastructure strategy, of a controlling stake in Waga Energy through a block transaction and the consecutive mandatory tender offer at €21.55 per share.
