Client(s) Safe Harbor Marinas, LLC

Jones Day advised Safe Harbor Marinas, LLC, which is owned by affiliates of Blackstone, and is the largest marina and superyacht servicing business in the United States, on its acquisition of Monaco Marine, a network of nine marinas in the South of France and Monaco that provide slips, storage and service for vessels and superyachts up to 90 meters.
