Jones Day advised CBRE Investment Management, investing on behalf of its indirect private real estate division, in connection with the recapitalization of Värde Partners' ownership stake in Vía Célere. The transaction valued the Spanish residential developer at nearly €1 billion. Vía Célere holds one of the largest landbanks in Spain, with the capacity to develop over 12,500 new homes across Madrid and other major cities.
