MPLX completes $5.5 billion public offering of Senior Notes

Jones Day represented MPLX LP in connection with a public offering of $5.5 billion of Senior Notes, consisting of (i) $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.375% Senior Notes due 2023, (ii) $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.000% Senior Notes due 2028, (iii) $1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.500% Senior Notes due 2038, (iv) $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.700% Senior Notes due 2048, and (v) $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.900% Senior Notes due 2058.
