Jones Day advised USI Insurance Services ("USI"), a portfolio company of KKR and CDPQ, on the acquisition of Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA, Inc. ("WFIS") from Wells Fargo & Company. USI and WFIS are each a top 10 broker in the United States. WFIS business lines include Insurance Brokerage and Consulting, Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty national practices, Safehold Special Risk, Small Business Insurance, Student Insurance, Individual Health and Private Risk Management Insurance.
