Jones Day advised RockWood Equity Partners LLC in connection with the acquisition and related financing of BJG Electronics, Inc., a distributor and light manufacturer of high reliability electronic components serving the defense, commercial aerospace and business aviation markets. The financing consisted of a term loan and revolving facility.
