Marfrig Global Foods completes cash tender offers for Senior Notes

Jones Day represented Marfrig Global Foods S.A., (BM&FBOVESPA: MRFG3) one of Brazilian's largest food processing companies, in connection with its quadruple cash tender offer to buy back Senior Notes maturing in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 issued by its subsidiaries Marfrig Holdings (Europe) B.V. and Marfrig Overseas Limited. Senior Notes with an aggregate principal of over US$400 million were validly tendered, accepted for acquisition, and paid in accordance with the terms of the tender offer.
