Jones Day advised Highcross Group Limited in connection with the £635 million (US$1 billion) sale of the assets of Highcross Regional U.K. Partners and Highcross Regional U.K. Partners III to Northwood Investors, a U.S.-based fund management company, and its advised institutional real estate fund. Jones Day further advised Highcross on the related repayment of its existing £150 million bank facilities; the simultaneous sale of its management and advisory companies, Highcross Strategic Advisers Limited and Glidefern Property Management Limited, to Northwood Investors; and the renegotiation of Management's terms of employment.
