Riverside acquires DMA Corporation

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing of DMA Corporation, a provider of profitability analytics and strategic insights designed to reduce income risk to banks and credit unions. The financing consisted of a senior term loan facility, a revolving line of credit, and the issuance of unsecured subordinated notes.
