Jones Day advised long-standing client J.F. Lehman & Company, a leading mid-market private equity firm focused on the defense, aerospace, and maritime sectors, in connection with a portfolio company's acquisition through a tender offer of OP-TECH Environmental Services, Inc., a provider of comprehensive environmental and industrial cleaning and decontamination services. In connection with the acquisition, the portfolio company amended and restated its credit agreement to extend the maturity date and increase the size of its credit facility.
