Jones Day represented Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Ltd., as guarantor, and TSMC Global Ltd., as issuer, in connection with the issuance of $350 million in aggregate principal amount of 0.950% Notes due 2016 and $1.15 billion in aggregate principal amount of 1.625% Notes due 2018, in a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering, underwritten by Goldman Sachs International.
