Jones Day advised Atmel Corporation in its acquisition of Advanced Digital Design, S.A. ("ADD Semiconductor"), a privately held company based in Zaragoza, Spain that develops power line communication solutions that are applied to building automation, lighting, and solar power.

In addition to M&A representation, Jones Day provided antitrust, intellectual property, tax, and labor and employment advice regarding this transaction.
