Client(s) Resilience Capital Partners LLC

Jones Day represented Victor Acquisition Corp., an affiliate of Resilience Capital Partners, LLC, in its $73 million acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Victor Oolitic Stone Company, a chapter 11 debtor and a limestone provider to stone fabricators and masonry supply yards. Resilience was named the successful bidder in the company's chapter 11 section 363 auction held on November 17, 2009.
