Chris Slack is an experienced private equity lawyer, with a focus on real estate private equity. Chris advises private equity funds, asset managers, investors, and other financial institutions on a diverse range of transactions, including fund formations and investments (including primary and secondary fund investments and portfolio investments), joint ventures, co-investments, acquisitions, and disposals.

Chris has recently worked with clients such as ARA Asset Management, Greystar Real Estate Partners, Henderson Park, Lazard Asset Management, MassMutual, MARK Capital Management, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing, and The Townsend Group.

From 2017 to 2022 Chris worked in the Firm's Singapore Office, advising clients such as CBRE Investment Management, China Vanke, Gaw Capital Partners, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Macquarie Capital, Procter & Gamble, PTT Exploration and Production, Oxford Properties, PAG, Visy, and UPL Limited on a wide range of private equity and M&A transactions.

Chris has also served a secondment at Goldman Sachs, where he advised their European Real Estate Principal Investment Area and Infrastructure Investment Group on real estate private equity and infrastructure transactions.
